When it comes to parenting, dads often don’t get the same credit as mothers. In reality, the role of a father in a child’s life is as important as their mother and deserves the same love. Appreciating her father for all he does, Ella Travolta opened up and spilled some truly moving words.

Ella honored John on his special day.
The 21-year-old actress took to her Instagram account to share a photo with her dad and brother and express what her dad means to her. She called him her “best friend” and someone who brings joy to her in her ups and downs.
She revealed that even though parenting is not easy, John makes it look like it is. He somehow makes every day better than the previous one for his kids. Ella also added that she hopes to be half as good a parent as John someday.
John himself shared a message for the kids.
John Travolta believes it is an honor and a privilege to be the father of his 2 children. He never steps back from motivating his kids and spoiling them. Ella is going to star in a live-action remake of Alice in Wonderland and, while revealing the same, John didn’t forget to mention that he’s a “very proud dad.”
He has been holding his family together since last year.
John lost his wife Kelly Preston after being married for 29 years last year. Kelly lost her battle to breast cancer at age 57. After she passed away, John took time off to deal with the grief and take better care of his children. He previously lost his eldest son Jett back in 2009.
